Closing on your property
Final Step
Closing Day
It is almost time for congratulations! Before you receive the keys, there are a few final details to wrap up to ensure a smooth transition into your new property.
Final Walk-Through Inspection
More of a formality than anything else, the final inspection takes place a day before, or the day of the closing. You will visit the property with your agent to verify that all is in working order, everything is the same as when you last viewed the property, that there are no extra items left behind, and that everything included in your purchase is still at the property.

Home Services & Utilities
Setting up your new household should be simple. We will provide a comprehensive list of useful local contact numbers and providers for the seamless activation of home services and utilities after the official closing occurs.
Be Prepared
We are ready to assist you should an unforeseen glitch pop up, even at this last stage. Whether something at the property breaks down or another minor detail arises—there is no need to worry. We have encountered these situations before and know how to handle them efficiently and in a stress-free manner.

Official Closing
The closing agent will furnish all parties with a settlement statement detailing the financial transactions. You, the seller, and the closing agent will sign to certify accuracy. If bringing funds, you may wire them electronically to escrow or present a certified bank check. Sellers will provide all keys and important access details. Congratulations and welcome to your new home!
